Polo Gin is a craft bespoke gin inspired by the spicy and rich flavours of Asia and is tribute to Elephant Polo, where participants pursue the ethical treatment of the animals, in an activity they love.

Chilli peppers and zesty root ginger are the key botanicals infused into citrus and coriander gin to create aromas that are evocative of cuisine from the region. On the first sip the chilli and ginger dominate the taste profile but, after a brief moment, the heat lifts the other botanicals and new flavours spring forward, offering a dynamic and unique drinking experience.

Perfect served simply with a dry tonic or ginger ale garnished with kafir lime leaf or a lemongrass stalk, or try mixing into a coconut water martini for something healthy and exotic or a Red Snapper for the gin lovers brunch cocktail. ​ Eden Mill Distillery, St Andrews is Scotland’s original single-site distillery and brewery.
